Top 6 teams make the playoffs with #1 Buffalo Rastafarians (14-1-1), #2 Lansing Street Sharks (14-1-1), #3 Windy City Pigeons (13-2-0), #4 Leaf Ray (11-3-1), #5 Columbus Heat (11-4-0), and #6 Windy City Syndicate (10-5-0).
Leaf Ray beat the Syndicate both meetings, lost to the Pigeons 3-6, Lost to the Columbus Heat 4-7, and beat the Street Sharks 4-3.
